Online Poker in the United States
For now, online poker is legalized again in only a few states. These are New Jersey, Nevada, Delaware and Pennsylvania. These are the states where you can play legally with real money. New Jersey has the most online poker sites, while Nevada, Delaware and Pennsylvania have only one each. Some of the most popular poker sites in New Jersey are 888 Poker, PokerStars, PartyPoker and Borgata Poker. In Nevada, the only online poker site is the World Series of Poker (WSOP), in Delaware it is 888 Poker, while in Pennsylvania PokerStars has been operating since the end of 2019. Michigan and West Virginia are also expected to join the states that have legalized real-time online poker.
